How a project runs
Discovery
A call and a written brief: what the system must do, which data it touches, who approves what. You get a fixed scope and a stage plan.
First working version
Early on we ship a version that runs on your real data, so decisions are made on something you can use, not on slides.
Build in stages

About the company
KLAVTAR Sp. z o.o. was registered in Łódź in 2022. Besides KLAVTAR Lab, the company runs a 200 m² production workshop with laser cutters, UV printers and 3D printers, and a network of Etsy shops selling personalised home décor to customers in the US and EU.
That business is where our software is tested first: listings, orders, production paperwork and accounting all run through systems we wrote. Clients get tools that have already worked under daily load.
