The task
We run more than twenty Etsy shops. Doing listings, photos, renewals, reviews and orders by hand in each shop did not scale, and the market tools covered only one piece each. We needed one system that knows every listing's history and can act on it.
What we built
- Publishing pipeline: listing, personalisation, variations, video and photos go to Etsy in one step, immediately or on a schedule.
- Analytics on daily views, favourites and orders per listing, with year-on-year comparison and conversion.
- Renewal manager and automations that decide what to refresh, edit or copy, with modes from shadow to fully automatic and approval for top sellers.
- AI photo studio, review replies and Etsy Ads analysis, plus an order CRM with production stages.
- Team section: roles with per-section permissions for people and AI agents.
